Trash service is provided by Waste Management. Collection requires a service contract to be established by each homeowner. The trash collection and recycling are not included in the annual HOA dues.
Trash service is provided on every Tuesday and Friday with the exception of holidays observed by Waste Management.

If a trash service day falls on a holiday, service will be provided on the next regularly scheduled service day.
Recycling is picked up on Tuesdays and is subject to the observed Holidays schedule for Waste Management.

Water services are provided by three Municipal Utility Districts (M.U.D.) for our area. (Contact water district for current meeting dates and times as meeting schedules are subject to change without notice. Meeting minutes can be obtained by contacting the water district offices.)
