Oakhurst HOA
About Us

About The Community
Oakhurst at Kingwood is one of twenty one neighborhoods that comprise the community of Kingwood. We are unique in that we are the only neighborhood on the west side of IH 69, giving residents quick and easy access to the surrounding areas. All residents are members of The Oakhurst Community Association. We are also home to the Oakhurst Golf Club, a daily fee golf facility. The club and grill offer residents a great place to play a round of golf or just meet a neighbor for lunch.
About The Association
The Oakhurst Community Association is a Texas Non-profit Corporation whose purpose is to manage the facilities, activities and business of the community for the current and long term benefit of all homeowners. A full description of the purpose and authority of the Oakhurst Community Association is contained in the Association’s Bylaws. All property owners in Oakhurst are automatically members of the Community Association.
Management
The affairs of the Association are managed by a five member Board of Directors. The operation and management of community business is handled by a professional association management company, Community Asset Management, Inc., at the direction of the Board of Directors.
